Aamir to be sued for depicting the car in a derogatory manner

A car company is reportedly considering legal action against the actor for 'depicting their car in a derogatory manner'

'This car is so bad that it looks like something that would result if a donkey f***ed a rickshaw' is a line from Aamir Khan productions' Delhi Belly.

This dialogue is said in reference to a red car that looks like Santro. Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), that Santro belongs to, is now planning to take a legal action against the production house.

The HMIL spokesperson has admitted to considering taking legal action against the producers, Aamir Khan productions and UTV Motion Pictures, for defamation.

The company, however, is looking into the film clips, to decide on further action.

However, the spokesperson of Aamir Khan production says they are not willing to react until they hear from the company, or receive any intimation from them.

Interestingly, there is a twist to the story.

Not long ago, Shah Rukh Khan was the brand ambassador for Santro Zing and appeared in its commercials along with Preity Zinta. So will this create a bigger rift between the already existing Aamir-SRK rivalry?

Aamir and Big B: Clash of Titans!

Two Bollywood stalwarts like Big B and Aamir Khan rarely clash at the box office. Amitabh Bachchan's Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap and Aamir Khan's Delhi Belly are all set to release this Friday. Both are drastically different films, but interestingly have similar marketing and publicity techniques.

Both have cashed on the burning topic 'the age limit for drinking in Maharshtra'. While Big B tweeted about it incessantly, Imran Khan announced his plans of filing a Public Interest Litigation.

Both have relied on the strategy of abuse or not to abuse. While DB has 'in-your-face' songs with abundant use of double meaning words and expletives, AB's Bbuddah has beeped the abuses.

Also, both Aamir and Big B have turned item boys for their respective films.

With so much efforts being put in by both parties, it would be fun to see who wins this BO race on July 1.

I want to be the number one item boy: Aamir Khan

What is Bollywood's Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan's latest dream? He wants to be the top notch item boy of the film industry!

"I want to be the number one item boy of the industry," Aamir, who has done his first item song "I love you, like I hate you" for his home production "Delhi Belly", told reporters and also thanked them for inspiring him.

"The recent questioning from media, whether I am doing a song sequence in the film or not? Such things made me ponder. So, I must say that media has inspired me to do the item number," added the 46-year-old, who says it is a tribute to the 1980's discos.

The song has recently been added to Abhinay Deo directed adult comedy, set for July 1 release.

"It's a tribute to the 1980's discos. My hair-do is inspired by Amitabhji and I sport chest hair, just like Anil Kapoorji. The dance moves are similar to Mithunda as I am a big fan of him. And my attire will be a mix of Govinda, Amitabhji and other actors from that time," he said.
